You have 2 choices: Upload a new image called featured.png via FTP and over-write the current image in the images folder, or create a new image called "featured2.png" or whatever, upload it somewhere into your site media, then open the enhanced.php file and edit the URL and image call to the featured.png image so it shows your instead. Here's the code in the enhanced.php file if you're doing it that way:
