There is really no solutions for these annoying and useless tooltips interfering subcategories in the nav menu?

Have a look at the picture here: http://arcora.pl/damn_tooltip.jpg
(it's in polish but doesn't matter)

Navigating through nav menu is like a war with these tooltips!
Amazingly annoying thing!

Obviously, when category has no description- some automatic one has to appear.

Is there any way to remove them in the nav menus??
