sure you could.The portfolio section could be done using categories, the form could be done using Gravity Forms - a most excellent plugin.

Nextgen offers a myriad of ways to display photos. There are of course many pluigns that offer ways to display photos.

It's just a matter of time, imagination and hard work. :smile:
