I had same problem with specific plugin

I did an update on all my plugins and it suddenly stopped working.

Lesson learned never update plugins when doing major theme mods. Spent nearly a day looking in the wrong direction.

For me it was the newest version of Laziest Gallery. They appear to have integrated lightbox which is known to conflict with FCG.

Turn off non-standard plugins one at a time until the FCG works again then reactivate 1 or 2 at a time until you isolate the culprit.
