Thumbnails on Property Listing Page

Here is what it is doing. In the photo URL I am typing in wp-content/uploads/2010/03/sample-boat-2a.jpg

so it should go to:
http://174.120.138.7/~weekly/wp-cont...le-boat-2a.jpg

but instead it is going to this:
h ttp://174.120.138.7/~weekly/2010/04/2001-proline-dual-console/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/sample-boat-2a.jpg

I'm not sure why it's adding that little bit extra in there, but there has to be a way for me to take that out of there, I just can't figure out how.

(by the way, I've seem to have to posts about this issue right now. The first one never got replied to and I figured it just got lost in the shuffle, but now someone finally did. Sorry for the confusion!)
