custom field question

I do use the TDO mini forms plugin, and that is actually how I have the 2 forms set up now and they each create a post based on the custom fields in the form. My question is - I just want 1 form but I want 2 different posts, but I want it automated, I don't want to have to reference a specific post id that is created with the form, but I'm not sure if that is possible and if it is - could someone point me in the right direction to figure it out.

I might as well ask another question, since it is a bit related. I have several custom fields that are associated with my user profiles, I'd like to create a page template that will create a directory of the users and then also post each profile to a post. I think some of this has changed recently with the new versions of wordpress so I got a bit confused on how to do it when I was researching it.

Any help on either of these questions would be awesome! Thanks!
