Well, Allure is a perfectly good theme, so, if you like it, keep it. On the other hand, you're quite right, all development efforts are on Genesis - which is the future.

None of the themes look like that out of the box. Take a look at the Theme Customization link at the top of the forum to find Studiopress Customizers.
