Hi,

The problem remains as I described - home.php is not an "archive" page, and therefore Wordpress can't handle the concept of paging for this page. Normally, with a theme like this, the homepage is only a snapshot view of the latest content, and the "More from this category" link in each section then leads the user to the rest of the posts in this category.
