Looks like you've switched it back to the Magazine theme. Without getting in there, it's tough to say what the problem could be. I noticed a "-->" above the sidebar when it was appearing under the post. That looks like the end of a comment tag, which could mean there is a break in the code somewhere - maybe a missing closing tag, like </div>. It's certainly very odd. One other suggestion I would try is downloading another copy of the theme. Perhaps you somehow got a corrupt download.
