Nice job... that is pretty interesting. The only suggestion I would share would be to go back to where you uploaded you video on youtube and customize it so that when the video finishes, the other videos won't scroll at the bottom (never know what you will get that you might not want your consumers to view, music, porn etc). You can select no other videos in your customizations and reload the html code or url...
