A construction plan? I would think that is something you would have to devise since no one knows what you want your edifice to end up looking like but you. However, there are tutorials for both Genesis and each child theme to assist you in getting the theme set up like the demos as well as making basic customizations.

There is a list of designers who have extensive experience with the themes listed under "Theme Customization" in the second menu bar. One of them should be available to assist you. The best thing to do would be to look over their work and choose the person whose work you like best and contact them for a quote.
