is this a wordpress fix or server issue.....
If wordpress fix.... where and how? You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/media-upload.php on this server thanks. |

That is probably a server issue. It could be either chown or chmod settings. If you server is setup right you can have teh file set to something like 655 via chmod, if the server settings are wrong, then your files/folders probably need ownership repaired.
Typically I setup my directories so they are owned by the same user:group except public_html which I make user:apache owner.
