(Sale) Domain For Genesis Child Theme Developers

I know it's a little bit off topic but this message goes to Genesis Child Theme developers so i think the best place to post is here.

I do not have the time at this moment to develop child themes nor to add articles with affiliate links on the domain i own and purchased with this activities in mind. I did not even switched from e-Junkie to Share a Sale... so this is the reason why i'm selling this domain:

- The domain ranks number 2 in Google after the term "genesis child themes" (after StudioPress of course), so i think would be interesting to have this domain for a child theme developer or just for affiliate links.
- The domain have Google PR 3.
- You can have the theme installed on the site, custom made by me, very easy to add new themes on the product pages and generate the demo iframe page with "buy" links (check out the demo on site).
- The Cu3er 3D slider is a plugin made by me as well. Very easy to add/change images and content. You can use it on the site but the plugin is NOT for distribution. You may not release this plugin to public in any form because of copyright issues. I've already discussed this to cu3er copyright owners and the terms are not acceptable by me.
- I have no idea what traffic get this domain because i never measured it... sorry. Please do not ask details here. This domain was not in my focus.
- I can help you out with video tutorials on Screenr about how to add/change things and of course with the transfer of the domain.
