remove the subnav-menu

I would like to remove the subnav-bar and only use the nav-bar (pages). The thing is that I would like the posts/categories to show up on my pages. Some pages could be a static page, and some others could have posts on them. Could anyone help me with some of this?

Remove the sub nav by typing the following in your style sheet in the subnav div:

display:none;

Your posts and categories will still show up wherever you call them to just not in the sub navbar

But do I get my post to show up on my "pages" (who are linked to from the nav bar) and not only on my "home" page?

You can yes but you will have to go into your page template and call them from there. If you want them on some pages and not all you will have to make more than one template and probably use conditional tags.

Maybe it could be a alternative for me to only use the subnav-menu and remove the navbar-menu. And not the other way around. Then, if I would like a "page" and not a listing of posts I could make a categorie that contains only one post...if you understand.
