News Feed link gives a file not found error

Is this the right way to do it?

I added the following lines to .htaccesss file:

RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /(feed|wp-atom|wp-feed|wp-rss|wp-rdf|wp-commentsrss)(.+)\ HTTP/ [NC,OR]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^feed [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !^(FeedBurner|FeedValidator) [NC]
RewriteRule .* http://feeds2.feedburner.com/stayingfitonline? [R=307,L]

I found an article on ask apache

I do have another problem though, the feed is still showing posts as of 2/19 and nothing after that. How do I get the feed to sync up (for lack better word). Desperately need help!
