Child theme tutorials for Agentpress not working

I have purchased the theme and gone through all the upgrade steps with success however, when I try to access the child theme tutorials, I get the error message indicating I don't have the level of authority? I have also tried to open other tutorials and I am allowed access but a different message appears saying missing content perhaps because I'm a mac user?

Please help.
