When you are posting to the blog, make sure you select the specific page and you are not hitting the "Featured Blog" page, but "IBeauty Tips" or whatever....
I think in the theme options you can dictate which categories are displayed in the blog page... IF that's the case, then by using the blog page, no matter what the content, it will be displaying whatever it says in there. If that's whats going on then you'll probably need custom pages made for each blog page, or a generic custom page made that can be used on each... either way it may require some customization to do what you're trying to get done... If you want to PM me your log in information, I'll take a look at it, but you may be better off contacting a recommended designer for help.
