My last theme had this option. I have searched several plugins but not finding what I need.

Where to I find the best popular / hot post / ...plugin?

I tend to look at the number of downloads and ratings on plugins for a given search to determine the best. Anything that has a rating of nearly 5 stars ever a few thousand downloads must work correctly
