From the looks of it you made changes to some of your files and don't have an original copy. Suggest you PM Brian and ask him to send you an original of the theme. Somewhere along the line you deleted some lines of code that need to be there.

In future, keep a copy of the ORIGINAL theme that has no changes in it on your local PC. This will give you something to go back to when needed.
