I appreciate what you are saying however I have to strongly disagree :) I am a paying customer and I have received no support. In no part of this site does it say that you need to ensure your thread has no replies or you won't get support - All it does say is that they only provide support via the forums.
This is seriously flawed. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops in order to get a simple problem like this addressed (particularly when I can't resolve my problem because the relevant tutorials are outdated). I could have modified a theme like twenty eleven to suit my needs however I purchased Genesis to save me time. If moderators only reply to threads with 0 responses then the forum support system is flawed. I believe they have to offer email support as well if support queries are slipping through the net
Again I do understand what you are saying, and I do appreciate you giving me advice on this. However, the fact that not one StudioPress representative has responded to this in 2-3 weeks speaks volumes about how their support model is failing.
