Looks good - I like the blue and green colours.

I too agree with the above comments on the jaggered edges on the logo and I actually didn't notice the top navigation with the Twitter until the last reply.

My suggestion is to revisit the fonts. There are a couple of different font styles and from a design perspective, you're best not to do more than 2. In the 3rd slider, the font is completely different and much smaller.

I would also be careful in using all capital letters. Capitals can be interpreted as shouting and it's actually more difficult to read online when in paragraphs. It's good for navigation links or to emphasis something but that's about it.
