It's going to take quite a bit of tweaking but you start by removing the width property from #wrap as well as all the other items you want to be full width, #header, #navbar, #subanvbar, #footer, etc. Then you will need to contain all the inner elements that you want centered on the page by adding widths and auto left/right margins to them.
