If you import posts into a new site that has the Lifestyle theme, they will show similar to the demo.

Does the blog from the old site sit in a blog table and that table will then just go into the blog table in Lifestyle and end up in the correct spot when I re-import it in.
Your posts live in the database. The theme just displays them. There is no "blogs table in lifestyle".

Just go import the posts.. if you need a refresher on the basic of WordPress, the codex is your friend. ;) :) I reference it multiple times a day.
