There are two ways to do this. I use WordPress in a MultiSite or Networked mode, which lets me setup multiple sites via a single install. I prefer this method, but not all hosts support the features required to make this happen. The other solution is to create subdomains via your host that point to a folder which WordPress is installed in. This is a really long and annoying way to do it, but may be your only option if your host doesn't support the MS install of WP.
