I agree, the customer support ticket sent to them told me to try another cart if I was selling 1000+ products. Seems like it's geared towards selling digital products.

I bought Shopp recently and so far I'm happy with it. Presales questions sent were responded to immediately. After installing the plugin 4 pages are created for you automatically (store, checkout, etc) that integrate nicely with my studiopress theme. I'll update later after I get all my products set up.

This Shopp Questions and Answers Video influenced my decision to buy.
