I'd change the domain name. From a SEO perspective, it's not all that bad, I guess. But, how do I tell someone about your site? "Oh yeah, check out greshamoregon dash live dash learn dash love dot com. Didja get that?" That's a lot to tell someone. GreshamLLL.com, at the moment, is available and that's easier to tell someone. "Yeah, I got my house from GreshamLLL.com."
