Thumbnails in Lifestyle theme have gone missing

Default Thumbnails in Lifestyle theme have gone missing
I was posting like I normally do and on a refresh I lost all my thumbnails in the magazine layout. They are in my media folder but just not showing, in fact in the thumnails place there is a second title of the post. Can some one help?

Have you deactivated all plugins and scripts you may have added to rule out a conflict?

I did do that prior to posting and I just checked and now it says Database Error

My hosting company said I got hacked and I am getting the error

Warning: file() [function.file]: Filename cannot be empty in /home/thedirty/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 63

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/thedirty/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 63

This is the code that is on line 63:

$template_data = implode( '', file( $file ) );

any idea on how to fix it?
