hello

I have a problem to enable support I just bought. when I get the No. of my transaction he said "No transaction WAS found for this transaction number."
I just bought the genesis framework + the theme it.

My email is dragan@entre-pongistes.com

Can you tell me the problem is because I do not see how. thank you in advance

double check the transaction # you are using. If this doesn't work, please us the contact form
