Default Putting borders on multiple images simultaneously
I have 130 images in the media library.
Is there a code or plugin to put borders on them all at once instead of individually?

Do you really need to edit the image files, or can you achieve the same effect by using CSS when the images are displayed on your site?

Just a white or grey 2px border around the images to make a contrast from the black background.
