I have 130 images in the media library.
Is there a code or plugin to put borders on them all at once instead of individually? |

Do you really need to edit the image files, or can you achieve the same effect by using CSS when the images are displayed on your site?

If CSS would work, then I would be willing to try it.
Do you happen to know the code? |
