Default No permalinks works

hi there. i have a problem with permalinks. when i change the permalinks structure from standard to “tag and name” i got i message “site cannot be found”. my apache2 webserver works because i tested it successfully with templates without genesis.

Permalinks are not theme related though. They are done via htaccess files. Apache needs to have permission to read that file as well, and it can be controlled on a folder basis.
