You are not listening to what I'm saying. As Sozo said, and as Andrea said, and as I've said multiple times already ... unless the end user modified their files the timthumb script used in the theme does not have this exploitable code.
If you are concerned that you did something to introduce this vulnerability, you have two options. Follow the upgrade path to your theme, which is the Genesis child theme structure, or replace the TimThumb script. It's really that simple. If you don't have anything new to add then there is no need to post to this thread again. Since it just appears that the conversation is following the same pattern which is more likely to degrade into ugliness, you did say that you would get ugly if required, then I'm closing this thread for now. If you do decide to replace the file and experience an actual problem, please start a thread in the classic theme support forum, not the general discussion forum.
