I've been wading through tons of Wordpress and Genesis docs.

Can anybody give me a small kick-start and indicate where in the Dashboard and/or site files I would have some PHP code checking $_SERVER[HTTP_HOST] and say for example if contained "abc123.com" then it would remove the Blog link from my main menu, or I can change the Site Title etc.
