How best to setup table to display business services?

OK thanks but I wanted to get some feedback based on the experience of someone who has used either or all of these tables. I'll only be using these tables when they are implemented and I wanted to choose the best solution from the start before implementing something only to later find out, it's not the solution I need. That's why it would be great if you can provide real life wp site examples of either of these tables?
Time is an issue here especially when you consider I have to implement 1,000 of these tables each on a separate page for the services. That's why it's so important to get this right first time (as far as is possible).
