Have you read the How to Configure the Featured Content Gallery Plugin Tutorial?

Did you notice the bottom paragraph:

... one thing to keep in mind is that the plugin will not display properly unless a minimum of two posts using the featured content gallery plugin have been made.

I only see one post on your web site.
