WordPress is written with translation to other languages in mind. The Lifestyle theme uses the __() function throughout to allow translations for headings and things. You may need to manually translate a few missed items on the widgets.

Read the introduction on the WordPress Codex: WordPress in Your Language. Persian language files are referenced in section 44.
