You could also use the WordPress built-in called thickbox. It's very easy to setup. I use it on a membership site to display member profiles. Unfortunately, it lives behind a protected area and you have to be a member to enjoy it. I wrote a hot-to article here: http://www.victorfont.com/using-thic...-post-or-page/. I'll add a picture to the article so you can at least see a non-working example.It will require some cutom coding to capture email addresses.
