http://www.winsorpilates.com/ seems to be embedded into the code of lifestye. It shows up as a purple box in the comments section of a blog post. How can I get rid of it?

I found it in index.php It's written into the code for some reason. I was able to delete with no apparent complications.

it is simply a placeholder for your own post ad and yes can be safely removed.
