Skipp,

I was looking through your recent posts and it appears that you replied to your own posts. We use an unanswered posts search and check posts that we have already replied to which have been updated to handle support requests as promptly as possible. After all those posts are caught up, we may look to see if any other posts need to be answered.

Replying to your posts before one of us has had a chance to answer will delay response time. To improve your support experience you will want to read this post
