Here is a list of recommended developers
http://www.studiopress.com/support/f...splay.php?f=14 There are also some featured developers in the StudioPress blog. http://www.studiopress.com/tag/genesis-developers I recommend working with a developer that understands Genesis and follow their recommendations. For me, I would probably want access to the existing theme files and have a conversation with you about what you feel really works and what needs work on your site and also talk with you about competitor sites, then build a quote for you based on that for either adapting your site to Genesis and fixing the things that don't work, or a new fully custom theme. Other developers work differently though, so you should really be asking the developers themselves.
