Like I said above - you have to modify the widget. Not that form code in the widget the widget itself. Right now that icon is a css background, which you cannot make clickable. You need to remove it from the code in the widget itself, or find a different way to implement it.

This is very much well over into customization. You may find you need to hire someone. It's not an easy one line fix.

Since you;re pasting code in a text widget, just type in a link to your RSS feed directly around some more text.

Or remove the image in the css, and then put your own image linked in there.

If you know how to link an image in a post, then this is exactly the same.
