That's usually what it is when you sue custom permalinks, which most people do use.

Look at the URL bar in your browser. There's an icon to show it has a feed to subscribe to.

Tho if it is a WordPRess site, the feed address are the same on pretty much every site (unless they use feedburner and in that case it will redirect).

So it's always /feed/ if you set up custom permalinks.
