Excellent. I've been searching for days for this type of feature.
After looking at many of them, one thing I have found is that the majority of all of them are not really easy to customize. There seriously needs to be a really easy & functional non-programmer style of drag & drop, add this & add that, make it look like this style of functionality for a contact form plugin.

I'll take a look at Gravity Forms. Thanks.
