Help on Finding a Contact Form Plugin that will send Messages to Multiple Emails

Excellent. I've been searching for days for this type of feature.
After looking at many of them, one thing I have found is that the majority of all of them are not really easy to customize. There seriously needs to be a really easy & functional non-programmer style of drag & drop, add this & add that, make it look like this style of functionality for a contact form plugin.

I've tried a few others and none of them offered that type of functionality at the time. It has been a year and a half, so it is possible cFormsII added support for this type of functionality, that is the next most powerful forms plugin I know, so it would be the only one I'd guess to have added this functionality if any did.
