Default Infusionsoft Integration

I'm new to the Genesis Framework and would like a little advice with reference to integrating Infusionsoft with a Genesis Theme. I'm going to be using the Infusionsoft E-commerce system and would like to build my storefront using a Genesis Theme. We only have a few products we'll be selling and my question to the other members out there is "How difficult is it going to be to customize a theme like LANDSCAPE to have more of a store feel?" I like the overall look and appeal of this theme but need to add a few product pages, category sidebar, etc. The products are not digital, they're going be shipped (advanced Skin Care products).

Thanks in advance for any comments, ideas, etc.

That depends on what you consider to be a "store feel".

What I mean by a store environment is the addition of a category menu on the left, a full width page with 8 boxes (one for each product)?

I guess my primary question- not having previously used the Genesis Framework and not knowing the level of customization available, this Theme being a Gallery Type, can I take it and build out product pages, etc? I believe I should be able to do this but there may be a better theme to use as a starting point.

You can customize any theme to your heart's content but the ClipCart theme is designed around eCommerce.
