Yes. We got it to work late last night. Apparently, the version of Audio Player that we used from the link doesn't work on newer versions of Wordpress. We found some hints to that by doing Internet searches. In one of them, it gave us another audio-player plugin to try - which we did - and now it's working exactly as it should. Thanks for following up!
