Changing Size Of Header Banner and a few questions

Hi Brian,
I have tried all kinds of changes in the stylesheet and the custome-header.php in the Lifestyle folder (FTP), but I cannot for the life of me get my banner to show up the full 200px in height. I read all of the forum posts and tried everything suggested. See my horrid looking start on the Lifestyle Theme at www.festivalfire.com

I also want to change the title and nav fonts to bold, as they are so light, and I want to change the theme to charcoal, but only the pale pastels are available.

Getting the header to show up right is a good start.
