I know Community Leader David Decker (@deckerweb on twitter) has done a theme for use with Jigoshop, and the Jigowatt team have their own Genesis theme (mixed responses about the quality).

SP is planning on releasing a WooCommerce plugin at some point, so that it would generally look good in *any* Genesis child theme (as I understand it).
