One big factor that likely caused your SERP's to drop is your site is very slow. Your home page is about 1.8 Mb, which is about 3.5X heavier than it should be.

You can also give a minor tweak to your SEO by adding short and accurate alt tags to your images. You can make your content longer and written with a more natural writing style. Right now, much of your content is short and has a tone of someone writing to create keyword rich content. Search engines can detect that.

On a quick look, your SEO settings otherwise seem fine.
