No, a Page does not display POSTS & a PAGE is typically used for static information (info that doesn't change or not very often).
A possible solution for you would be the use of the Blog template (page_blog.php). This would require you to make POSTs (& use categories for them). With the blog template, you make a PAGE, give it name like Blog (or whatever you want), then in the Attributes section, select "Blog" in the Template dropdown. You will also need to go into the Tubular Theme Options page and select the category you want to display on the Blog Page (that you just created). If you want to display ALL categories on this page then we will have to tweak page_blog.php's code a bit.
