If you do sell hosting, realize that you're client may have all his eggs in one basket. Should you be incapacitated, what happens to their account? The ease of getting all your services from one person needs to be weighed against the risk involved in getting all your services from one person.
Since I have freed my clients of the need to learn about these other services (hosting, domains, SEO) I need to insure that they are protected from their lack of knowledge should something go wrong.

To piggyback on Charles' comments, I used to offer hosting to all clients, however, dealing with "support" questions became overwhelming and took too much time away from new client projects. Develop a relationship with a quality host, with good customer service and then recommend them to your clients, there may even be an affiliate arrangement for the referral.
