Thanks for your input, Nick...good to know that you concur with the stand alone html page. I'll have that page open in a new window so that I won't have to recreate the navigation, and they won't have to worry about that should that change the menu in the future. I've never had to deal with SEC regulations before, so this is quite daunting.
